If you're headed to the beach, you're going to be able to enjoy yourself and have lots of fun. What's not always enjoyable is cleaning out all the sand that gets in your car after. There are some things you can do to avoid as much, and we're happy to tell you all about them!
For frequent ocean or beach visitors, keeping the outside of your vehicle clean means frequent waxing of the vehicle to protect it from salt in the air. Additionally, you can use a paint film or sealant to help keep it off. Inside, invest in all-weather floor mats which are easier to clean off sand from, as well as making sure to shake off towels and other items. Also using a mesh or straw bag can keep sand out as it falls out rather than staying in. That, and regular car washes and cleanings both inside and out will go a long way!
